Bemidji man killed when struck by vehicle on Highway 2 in Cass County

BEMIDJI -- A pedestrian was killed Sunday night when struck by a vehicle on U.S. Highway 2 east of Bemidji.

The Minnesota State Police identified the victim as Dallas Boswell, 46, Bemidji.

According to the report, Brenda Hanson, 55, Bemidji, was driving a 2001 Pontiac Montana westbound on the 6800 block of Highway 2 in Cass County at about 9:53 p.m. Sunday when her vehicle struck the victim in the right lane of traffic.
