UND Smudging: It's religion not marijuana cover up

Grand Forks, N.D. (Valley News Live) A Native American Indian religious practice has been raising some eyebrows at UND.

There’s been some concern that the practice of “smudging” is being used to cover the smell of marijuana use. Some students and counselors want to clear the air regarding “smudging”.
