Former Kickapoo Tribe leaders already beset by a lawsuit now face criminal charges they misused federal dollars given to the tribe.
Steve Cadue, Bobbi Darnell and Adolph Cadue Jr. also are charged with fraudulent handling of recordable instruments and tampering with records.
