With overdoses surging, patchwork of policies makes tracking tough

FARGO--As a surge in opiate overdoses and deaths in the region continues, a patchwork of procedures on the local and state level makes comprehensive tracking of those incidents difficult.

This month alone, paramedics with F-M Ambulance used Narcan, an overdose antidote drug, 10 times while responding to suspected overdoses.
