BILLINGS - About 250 people in Lame Deer walked the streets of the small town on the Northern Cheyenne Reservation on Monday afternoon, praying for a halt to drug use and violence that were thrust into the public eye by a daytime shooting earlier this month.
“We have a big problem with drug abuse. We’re infected by it,” said Don Shoulderblade. “It’s time for action, no more talk.”
