Captured Oregon fugitive held in Nez Perce County Jail

LEWISTON, ID — Julian Simpson, 22, was picked up by local FBI agents in Lewiston Wednesday on an Oregon state probation violation, according to an FBI Spokesperson in Portland, OR.

The FBI also said Simpson has not been formally charged, as of today, in connection with a deadly March 19 shooting on the Umatilla Indian Reservation in Pendleton.
