Non-profit organizations, schools, universities, community education programs, and units of local government located in Minnesota's Beltrami, Hubbard, Lake of the Woods, Mahnomen, and Clearwater counties are eligible to apply for funding to support arts programming for Region 2 Arts Council residents.
