FBI: Pendleton man was 1 of 2 victims in tribal party shooting

A party turned deadly on Saturday at the Confederated Tribes of Umatilla Indian Reservation, according to federal court records filed Monday.

The FBI identified Anthony Jiminez, 27, of Pendleton as the fatal victim to a shooting that also left a tribal member with serious injuries. According to a probable cause statement filed in federal court, tribal police and federal agents responded to a home at 5:51 a.m. at 43 Willow Drive in Pendleton on reports of gun shots.
