Woman shot aunt, uncle on Warm Springs Indian Reservation, found in yard with guns, police say

A 24-year-old woman is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday on federal charges that she shot her aunt and uncle on the Warm Springs Indian Reservation the previous day.

Rhyan Smith is accused of assault with intent to commit murder, assault with a dangerous weapon with intent to do bodily harm and assault resulting in serious bodily injury.
