Six injured in crash involving Minneapolis squad car
MINNEAPOLIS -- Two Minneapolis police officers and four civilians were injured when a squad car collided with another vehicle Monday night. The impact sent the squad into the side of an apartment building.
According to the police, all the injuries were minor.
The collision happened shortly after 8 p.m. when the squad, responding to an emergency medical call with its lights and sirens apparently activated, struck another vehicle at Fremont and 36th avenues in North Minneapolis.
