Clifford Charles Robertson, "Omani Tonka" (BigWalker), age 49, of Big Round Lake, Wisconsin Journeyed to the Spirit World on Wednesday, February 17th, 2016.

He was born on September 13, 1966 to Lloyd and Lois (Williams) Robertson. Clifford was born at the home of "Kunsi" Angeline Robertson and delivered by his father.

Cliffford attended grade school in Veblen, South Dakota and attended High School at Flandreau Indian School.

He is the father of five children Muriel, Natasha, Brandon, Braxton and adopted daughter Kristen Robertson all of Wisconsin.

Clifford was a Black Jack Dealer at The St. Croix Casino.

He enjoyed being on the pow wow trail, he liked singing and being at the drum. He also enjoyed fishing and being in the hills of Veblen.

Clifford made a life and home in Big Round Lake, Wisconsin until the time of his death.

Survived by his longtime companion Estelle Merrill; children: Natasha, Brandon, Braxton and Kristen; a sister: Ardella "Cookie" Williams of Sisseton; other relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by his parents Lloyd and Lois Robertson, a daughter Muriel and his grandparents Sam and Stella Williams and grandparents William and Angeline Robertson.

Funeral services for Clifford Robertson will be held on Saturday, February 20th at 1:00 P.M. at Veblen District Center. Pastor Vern Donnell and Cecil Renville Traditional Advisor. Interment St. Luke's Cemetery in Veblen, South Dakota.

Special Music by "Ridge Runners and "Dakota Nation"

An allnight wake will be held on Friday, February 19th beginning at 7:00 P.M. at The Veblen District Center.

Honorary Bearers will be Bradley Penass, Phil St. John, Ron Goodeagle Sr., Donald Williams, Myron Williams, Lester Crawford, Sidrick Baker, Ross Wise Spirit, Ernie Thunderhawk Jr., Spencer Wanna and Jeff Wanna.

Casket Bearers will be Vincent Azure, Glen Wanna Sr. Cornelius Kirk Jr., Wesley MacConnell, Wambdi Gill, Kenny DuMarce, William Merrill, Russell Merrill and Raymond Merrill.
