RLES receives first place in Elementary Team Division in Battle of the Borders competition

The Red Lake Elementary Archery Team traveled to Hawley, MN on 2-13-16 to compete in the Battle of the Borders competition. Teams from North Dakota, and Minnesota competed in this competition.

Red Lake received first place plaque in the Elementary Team Division and 5th grader Kylah Villard was 2nd place (silver medalist) with a 246 in the Elementary female division.

The coaches for the archery team are: Denise Houle, Phyllis Gurno and Scott Hanson.

The Red Lake Elementary Team's next competition is in Virginia, MN on March 19th! Thank You to Red Lake Gaming for the donation of the t-shirts this year, and to all the families that traveled to Hawley to support this wonderful group of Archers.
