Red Lake rolls past Blackduck

BLACKDUCK — Junior guard Grace White led Red Lake with 22 points Thursday in the Warriors’ big 84-35 win over Blackduck at Blackduck High School.

“I liked how we started the first half,” Red Lake head coach Randy Holthusen said. “We ended the half strong, shared the basketball pretty well and good team defense. That’s what got us the win tonight.”

White had 19 points in the first half alone, while Sam Ray added 10 of her 16 points by the intermission as well.

The Warriors (18-3) had a 63-21 lead at the half, and continued to stretch it out after the break.
