Large Drug Bust in North Dakota

A traffic stop along Highway 2 near Berthold may have led to the biggest methamphetamine bust in North Dakota history.

Berthhold Chief of Police Al Schmidt made a traffic stop Wednesday on Highway 2 for a car that had no licenses plates and for crossing the center line.

Schmidt found one pound of meth and twenty-thousand dollars in the car after he noticed drug related behavior.

Oscar Delgado of Phoenix, Rocky Mayfield of Goodyear, Arizona and Tina Ganley of Williston were arrested.
