WATER PARK SUPERVISOR (Swing Shift)

RATE OF PAY: Depending upon experience

LOCATION: Seven Clans Casinos –Thief River Falls, MN

OPENS: February 10, 2016

CLOSES: February 24, 2016

SCOPE OF POSITION

Under the general supervision of the Water Park Manager is responsible to oversee assigned shift at the Water Park operations for Seven Clans Casinos.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Responsible for supervision, smooth operations and guest services of all water park activities including: safety, personnel, guests, equipment and facilities.

 Responsible for training of personnel, evaluating, correcting deviations and praising.

 Coordinates efforts between affected departments for promoting the smooth operations of the business.

 Reviews inventory to ensure proper quantities are maintained; places orders when necessary.

 Inspects and evaluates property for maintenance repairs and ensures compliance with appropriate regulations. Notifies appropriate personnel of any repairs needed.

 Ensures rules, regulations, policies and procedures are adhered to and maintained. Recommends changes as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

It is required the Water Park Supervisor have at least a two-year vocational degree, current certifications in Water Safety, First Aid and CPR and proficiency and effectiveness in the following areas:
