COURTS: Lawsuit against JPB, Nameless Coalition dismissed: Homeless shelter to open mid-February
BEMIDJI—A judge on Monday dismissed a lawsuit opposed to the process in which a future downtown Bemidji homeless shelter location was approved.
The lawsuit was filed by Titanic Equipment Leasing against the Greater Bemidji Joint Planning Board and the Nameless Coalition for the Homeless in regard to an overnight shelter planned for a former church at 522 America Ave. NW.
