Drunk Chichester Man Allegedly Topples Native American Statute

James Q. McBee, 38, of Allison Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. on Dec. 30, 2015, for simple assault, domestic violence (simple assault), and criminal mischief (vandalism). The charges stem from alleged incidents on Allison Street on Oct. 29, 2015. An officer visited McBee’s residence but he wasn’t home. He turned himself in about an hour later and was arraigned on Dec. 31, 2015.
