ON-CALL COOK(S) – RED LAKE

ELDERLY NUTRITION PROGRAM

OPEN: December 29, 2015

CLOSING: January 29, 2016 @ 3:00 p.m.

Primary Function:

Assist with preparing and providing nutritious meals to the Elderly as well as ensuring a safe, clean and sanitary environment. Reports to Director, part-time position(s), salary; DOQ.

Essential Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals in meeting the daily food requirements for the Elderly

• Prepare, handle and serve food in a safe and sanitary manner

• Cleaning the dining area on a daily basis, i.e., washes tables and counter tops

• Participates in program planning and other activities as requested

• Performs others duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• GED/High School Diploma

• Must have experience and be able to cook a variety of foods in large quantities

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

• Valid Minnesota Driver's License

• Employment contingent upon successfully passing Pre-Employment Drug/Alcohol Test and Background Check
