St. Cloud woman bites off husband's ear over beer argument

ST. CLOUD, Minn. -- A St. Cloud woman was arrested after biting her husband's ear off during an argument over beer, according to a criminal complaint.

A criminal complaint filed in the Stearns County District Court said Jamie Elrod, 37, of St. Cloud is facing a first-degree assault charge.

According to the complaint, officers were called Friday evening to a domestic assault on Seventh Avenue South. Upon arrival, officers met with Elrod and her husband.
