Court orders nursing student refunds

ST. PAUL -- A Minnesota court has ordered an Indiana company to refund nursing students' test fees.

Minnesota Attorney General Lori Swanson sued the company, The College Network, Inc., in November. The company sells exam study guides to help students who want to become registered nurses pass exams for college credits through an online degree program at Excelsior College in New York.

At least 800 Minnesota residents enrolled in the company’s services.
