15 Years In Reservation Child Porn Case

RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) - A Rapid City man has been sentenced to 15 years in federal prison followed by 5 years of supervised release for producing child pornography on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.

22-year-old Jesse Gallego pleaded guilty in August to one count of production of child pornography as part of a plea agreement that had prosecutors drop one count of aggravated sexual abuse of a minor.

With his plea, Gallego admitted taking multiple pornographic photos with his cellphone of a sleeping 7-year-old girl he was babysitting on November 2014.
