BEMIDJI, Minn. (Valley News Live) Two men have been charged with murder in the death of a Bemidji, MN woman.

Cimmarusti, who is Downwind's ex-boyfriend, has been has been charged with second degree murder in the case.

Brandon Rossbach, who is 31, has been charged with aiding and abetting second degree murder.

Police say a third man, Christopher Davis, remains a person of interest in the case but has not been arrested.

A body, believed to be Downwind's, was located and exhumed from a shallow grave northwest of of Bemidji. It has been sent to the Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy and to confirm the identity.

Downwind was last seen October 19th in Bemidji. At one point family friend and reality TV star Dog the Bounty Hunter made plans to travel to Minnesota and aid in the search for her, instead he hired a private investigator and offered a cash reward.

In November police said they suspected foul play in her disappearance and named Cimmarusti and Davis as persons of interest in the case.
