The family of a Tucson man fatally shot after stealing two cases of beer says the shooter should face consequences.
Police are still investigating the Sunday shooting and haven’t released the name of the man who killed 46-year-old Gerald Ramon.
Several people watched Ramon walk away from a convenience store on West Grant and North Oracle roads with the beer without paying, police said. Some of them followed Ramon out.
