SIOUX CITY, Iowa (AP) - The Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska's economic development arm is planning to invest more than $100 million in the Sioux City area over the next 10 years.
The Sioux City Journal reports (http://bit.ly/1N5xPpk ) that Ho-Chunk Inc. was expected to highlight several of its economic development projects on Thursday.
Projects include a 200-acre housing and commercial addition in South Sioux City, Nebraska, and two other commercial projects in downtown Sioux City, Iowa. The corporation is also planning a $7.5 million upscale apartment complex in Dakota Dunes, South Dakota.
