WATERLOO — The legal war between Seneca County and the Cayuga Indian Nation rages on.
The latest round is a counterclaim filed by Brian Laudadio, the county’s new legal counsel, seeking a ruling that the Cayuga’s 64,027-acre reservation in Seneca and Cayuga counties has been disestablished and no longer exists.
