Balmy November turns chilly as lows dip below zero in Wisconsin; 18 inches of snow in Beloit

MINNEAPOLIS — A balmy November has given way to reality in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Lows dipped below zero in southwestern Wisconsin. Darlington reports an overnight low of 4 degrees below zero.

Madison will see highs only in the mid 20s Sunday.
