Seneca Nation approves medical marijuana measure

BUFFALO, NY - The Seneca Nation approved medical marijuana measure in a referendum vote on Tuesday.

The final vote was 448 in favor and 364 opposed.

The nation will now consider the establishment of a legal and regulatory framework for potential developments in the area of medical marijuana.
