BEMIDJI -- About 100 people huddled together in cold temperatures Thursday night in Bemidji, surrounded by beating drums and the glow of candlelight for a vigil for missing Redby, Minn., woman Rose Downwind.
Kristy White, Downwind’s sister, said the vigil was organized with the hope that Rose “sees the light and comes home.”
"We just want to know that she's safe and to come home to us," White said. "Her babies need her back home, she's very vital to her family."
