Farmer finds human remains near where teen disappeared

ALEXANDRIA, Minn. -- Authorities say a farmer has found human remains that appear to be of a female about the same age as woman reported missing Oct 14.

The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said a farmer in Douglas County reported finding the remains about 2:30 in a field he was harvesting.

Deputies confirmed what appeared to be the remains of a late teens to early 20s female.
