Bemidji man dies after being found unresponsive under Mississippi River bridge

BEMIDJI -- A Bemidji man died after he was found unresponsive Saturday morning under the Mississippi River Bridge on Paul Bunyan Drive.

The Bemidji Police Department, along with the Bemidji Fire Department and Bemidji Ambulance, responded to a call at approximately 9:05 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, of an unresponsive under the bridge, according to a release issued Friday by the Bemidji Police Chief Mike Mastin.
