Suspect in fatal shooting spree identified

Donna Lesh stood outside her brother’s home on Sunday, Sept. 27 and could not help but feel for the man who police said is responsible for a random shooting spree that killed her brother and another person, and left the Banning community reeling for answers.

“I know there had to be something hurting him,” Lesh said. “I forgive him.”

Lesh gave her condolences for the other victim’s family and the family of the man suspected in the killings.
