Preliminary Exam Set for Former Tribal Council Member Accused of Sex Crimes

A former Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indian tribal council member was back in court Tuesday morning.

Derek Bailey is charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct against children in Grand Traverse County.

That is on top of five sex crime charges he's facing in Leelanau County.
