Chickasaw State of the Nation address to be available live online
TISHOMINGO, Okla. - The State of the Nation address delivered by Governor Bill Anoatubby will be available live online for those unable to attend the Chickasaw Nation Annual Meeting.
Hundreds of Chickasaws and friends are expected to fill Fletcher Auditorium to hear Governor Bill Anoatubby deliver the address 9 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 3. Hundreds more will fill overflow tents next to the auditorium on the campus of Murray State College.
For those unable to attend, streaming video of the address will be available at http://www.chickasaw.net/annualmeeting. The address will also be broadcast live on the Chickasaw Nation community radio station, KCNP Radio 89.5. Live stream audio will be available at the station’s website at http://KCNPradio.org.
The webcast is available on any desktop, laptop, or mobile device.
The annual State of the Nation address will be the highlight of the 55th Annual Meeting as Governor Anoatubby outlines the tribe’s achievements over the course of a year. Special videos pay tribute to Chickasaw citizens.
