ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) — A Rochester man has admitted to his role in a drug conspiracy that led to a murder on the Seneca Indian Reservation.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office says 39-year-old Angelo Cruz pleaded guilty Tuesday in federal court to conspiracy to distribute 280 grams or more of crack cocaine.

The charge carries a penalty of 20 years to life in prison and a $10 million fine.
