Death penalty possible in roadside shooting near Pryor

BILLINGS -- A Wyoming man accused of shooting and killing a Pryor couple who had stopped to give him roadside help is facing additional charges in U.S. District Court in Billings.

Jesus Yeizon Deniz Mendoza, 18, of Worland, Wyoming, is set to enter pleas to 12 charges, including two counts of first-degree murder, during an arraignment on Wednesday afternoon before U.S. Magistrate Judge Carolyn Ostby.
