Charles "Charlie" Thomas Lyons III, age 32, of Minneapolis, began his spiritual journey on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 in Minneapolis. He was born on October 7, 1981 in Bemidji, the son of Charles Thomas Lyons, Jr. and Donna Marie Mitchell. Charlie lived his life in Minneapolis.

Those family members Charlie joins again are his mother Donna Mitchell, his father Charles Lyons, Jr., brother; Shane Taylor.

Family that he leaves behind to cherish his memory are his son Charles Thomas Lyons IV, sisters; Dawn Lyons, Tina Schulze and Nita Sherwood, and one brother; Charles Taylor. Charlie will be missed by so many. His laughter & smile will always be remembered.

A wake for Charlie will begin at 5:00 p.m., Saturday, August 15, 2015 and will continue until the 11:00 a.m. service on Monday, August 17, all at the Bena Community Center in Bena. Father George Ross will officiate. Pallbearers will be Ozzie Lyons, Craig Lyons, Josh Lyons, and Steven Lyons. Honorary pallbearers are Wade Lyons and Jed Lyons. Interment will be held in the Lakeview Cemetery at Bena following the service.
