Center For American Indian Resources Is Expanding In Duluth

DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - A groundbreaking ceremony will be held on Friday for a 13 million dollar expansion of the Center for American Indian Resources in Duluth. The Fond du Lac Band has been providing a wide range of health and social services at the center for more than 30 years. The new building will provide more space for physical therapy, behavioral health and chemical dependency treatment and additional public health and social services. The 50 employees at the current facility is expected to double in the next two years. The cost of the expansion is totally funded by the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa.
