MINNESOTA LEGISLATURE: Bemidji shows off bonding needs: BSU, Carnegie Library among stops on House committee tour
BEMIDJI -- The Minnesota House Bonding Committee went on a four-stop tour of Bemidji on Wednesday, examining various projects that need funding from next year's legislative session.
"This is the first of five tours that we're doing throughout the state of Minnesota," said House Capital Investment Committee Chairman and District 16B Rep. Paul Torkelson, R, Hanska.
"We started yesterday morning in St. Cloud at the prison, so we're seeing all sorts of facilities."
