Former Tribal Chairman and son taken into custody

EMMET COUNTY -- Ken Harrington, the former Chairman of the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa, turned himself into police Thursday night.

His son Jonathon did the same on Friday morning.

According to Lieutenant Ken Mills of the Straits Area Narcotics Enforcement team, both Harrington men are facing drug charges stemming from a raid that took place at their home in April.
