Large turnout for Ride for the Troops

BEMIDJI -- It was another strong showing for the Ride for the Troops on Sunday in Bemidji.

The annual motorcyle ride around the Bemidji area helps to raise funds for military families in need. The event kicked off Sunday with a pancake breakfast put on by local Boys Scouts at the traditional staging point, the parking lot of Marketplace Foods in Bemidji. This is the 10th annual ride and Sunday's ride was for 134 miles.
