Bemidji man pleads not guilty to criminal vehicular charge

BEMIDJI -- A Bemidji man facing a felony criminal vehicular operation charge after flipping a car carrying passengers in October pleaded not guilty in Beltrami County District Court.

David LaDuke, 20, was arrested Oct. 17 after Beltrami County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a call of three men and a car flipped on its roof in Gull Lake in Hagali Township. A man suffered a broken hip in the accident. LaDuke pleaded not guilty to the charge March 3.
