86-year-old woman injured in two-vehicle crash near Cass Lake

BEMIDJI -- A crash between a semi-trailer carrying an "explosive" agent and a car resulted in serious injuries to a Cass Lake woman on Tuesday and closed U.S. Highway 2 for a time.

The accident occurred at about noon Tuesday at mile marker 131 near Cass Lake, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
