Report: Tribal officer accidentally shot suspect

SANTA FE - Santa Fe County authorities say a tribal police officer accidentally shot a burglary suspect following a pursuit from the Santa Fe area to Española.

A Sheriff's Office report says the suspect was grazed on the back of an arm when shot by a Pojoaque Pueblo tribal officer while being handcuffed.
