EDUCATION: Grad rates dip slightly; Most area schools above state average

BEMIDJI -- Most area high schools are above the state average in graduation rates, but there still is room for improvement.

Minnesota had a four-year graduation rate of 81.2 for 2013-14, according to data released Tuesday from the Minnesota Department of Education.
