Beth Roy and Alfreda Sayers Patient Benefit Coordinators from the Red Lake Hospital will be available to help with Health Care Applications: New Application, Combined Application, Renewal for Health Care.

Red Lake Tribal College - Thursday, November 20, 2014 - 11:00 am – 1:00 pm

Students are eligible for SNAP (food) and Medical Coverage.

Red Lake Hospital Entrance - Friday, November 21, 2014 - 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

Ponemah Clinic Lobby - Tuesday, November 25, 2014 - 10:00 am – 1:00 pm

Apply for everyone in your family for Health Care. You could be eligible for free coverage. Free insurance from Medical Assistance (MA) or MinnesotaCare. Minnesota's health care programs.

A drawing for one free hotel stay will be given away at each site. Drawing will be for those that complete an application on one of the days listed.
