"Soup with the Supe" held in Ponemah - P2

On Thursday, September 11, 2014, Red Lake Public School District Superintendent, Anne Lundquist hosted the first in a series of ongoing, informal community conversations with district stakeholders.

This first session was held at the Ponemah Elementary School from 5:30 PM to 7 PM. A meal was served prior to the presentation.

The purpose of the meetings was to share information regarding the district's strengths and challenges, as well as gather feedback from community members on their perspectives on the schools in general.

Although there were about a dozen members attending this first meeting, it was a start and allowed members of the community to meet the new superintendent and share thoughts and expectations.

Another meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 16, 5:30-7:00, at the Red Lake Elementary School.
