Martin Eugene Clark, Jr., "Baby Mard", age 19 of Redby, MN journeyed into the spirit world on Sunday, August 31, 2014.

Baby Mard had a generous heart and was a very loyal friend. He loved to be with his nephews and his dogs, going to the casino and max betting, being with his friends, facebooking and riding around. Baby Mard graduated from Red Lake High School in 2013. He was currently employed at Thief River Casino and hotel.

Baby Mard was preceded in death by paternal grandparents Irene and Oliver Clark, cousins; Matthew Little, Jeff Carlson, Kayla McBride and Douglas McBride, uncles; Bob Oakgrove and Julius Oakgrove, and one aunt; Mardella Carlson.

He is survived by his mother Cheryl "Annie" Oakgrove, father Martin Clark, Sr., brother Shawn Oakgrove, sisters; Anna Oakgrove, Leichelle Oakgrove, and Holly Oakgrove, nephews; Caiden and Caiten Oakgrove, Isiah Neadeau, Shawn Oakgrove, Jr., Tayshawn Oakgrove, Ethan Oakgrove, nieces; Mataeya Oakgrove, and Ravyn LaDuke, aunts; Nicole (Donald) Brun, Ardella Ravensborg, Renae (Mike) Clark, Darma Little, and Lisa Sayers, uncles; Barry Oakgrove, Sr., Corky (Roxy) Clark, Richard"Gitch" Clark, Myron Clark, and Donnie (Lisa) Clark, maternal grandparents James and Adelma Oakgrove.

A wake service for Baby Mard will begin at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at the Redby Community Center in Redby and will continue until moving to St. Antiphas Episcopal Church on Friday, September 5, for a 2:00 p.m. service. Father George Ross will officiate. Active pallbearers will be Barry Oakgrove, Sr., Shane Clark, Shawn Oakgrove, Sr., Roger Ravensborg, Jr., Tony Green, Ryan G. Barrett, Donald Brun, Jr., Ryan Brown, Barry Oakgrove, Jr., Mason Bullhead, Maurice May and Harry Dudley. Honorary pallbearers will be Victoria Schoenborn, Stephanie Brown, Ryanne Cook, Starlee Oakgrove, Melissa Brun, Delaney Ostlund, Morning Star Jones, Rishaun Kingbird, Sydney Head, Amber Sayers, Mary Owens, Kyle Little, Calvin Little, Shanoah Barajas, Gina Carlson, Kyleisha Garrigan, William Lussier, Marcus Carlson, Johnathon Carlson, Mariah Head, Caitlyn Whitefeather, Daisha Ravensborg, Jean Destache and the employees of the Thief River Falls Casino. Interment will be held in the Oakgrove Family Burial Grounds in Redby following the service on Friday.
