Red Lake Nation Fishery Inc. seeking Sales Associate

Location: Red Lake Nation Fisheries, Inc.

Job: Sales Associate

Reports to: General Manager

Job Description:

 Handle questions about the business and offer brochures with product listing, pricing and business information in a professional manner

 Assist with over the phone orders and over the counter orders and enter in sales books.

 Assist with entering orders into Great Plains and print invoices and sales receipts.

 Assist with entering information into FedEx Ship Manager and print out FedEx Labels.

 Business filing, bookkeeping, and scheduling orders.

 Weekly ordering of supplies.

 Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

 High school diploma or equivalent

 Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel; experience with Great Plains / Microsoft Dynamics, a plus

 Be punctual, responsible, and able to work cooperatively in a team environment with others

 Demonstrate the ability to work without supervision and a willingness to follow instructions

 Possess exceptional customer service skills

 Pre-employment drug screen required

 Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Salary: $10.00 per hour

Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00 – 5:00; some evening and weekend hours are required
