Warriors roll over Warren-Alverado-Oslo 69-56 - P6

The Red Lake Warriors rolled over Warren-ALverado-Oslo 69-56 on Friday, February 21, 2014 in Red Lake. But it wasn't easy, as the game was pretty close up until about half way through the second half. WHO appeared to have a height advantage, but the Warriors hung right in there on the boards on both offense and defense.

Red Lake is seated in the lower bracket sub-section and their games will be played at Bemidji High School. At 6 p.m. second-seeded Red Lake will face either No. 10 Lake of the Woods or No. 7 Mahnomen. Thursday's second game at BHS will pit No. 3 Cass Lake-Bena against the winner of Tuesday's game between Bug O Nay Ge Shig and Northome-Kelliher.

Walker-Hackensack-Akeley received the top seed in the East and will open its section action 6 p.m. Thursday at BSU against the winner of Tuesday's game between No. 9 Laporte and No. 8 Clearbrook-Gonvick.
