The collaboration of many programs has put together a series of events, activities and projects.

Drug and Gang Summit

Sponsored by: Community Education,

Where: Red Lake Casino, When: March 1st, 8:30-4:00 Series of parenting classes, information, activities and resources.

Fishing Derby

Sponsored by: Chemical Health, Red Lake Fisheries, Red Lake DNR– March

Sewing classes

Sewing classes will be held on Wednesdays 1/29 - 3/19 with a variety of projects. Where: Little Rock Round House, When: Wednesdays 6:00-8:00 p.m. Call: Community Ed 679-1707 to pre-register– Class limit 8

Babysitting Clinic

Young people need to learn the variety of issues in Child Care. First aid, snacks, emergency numbers. This class will help students ages 11 to 18 learn how to care for infants and toddlers. Where: Little Rock Round House. When: February 22nd Time: 1:00 p.m.

Breadmaking

The art of good bread can make you a great baker. Learn the how to's and make your own bread. Also, an easy soup will be made as the bread is rising.

Gardening Ideas & Tips

Those folks who want to improve Gardening Skills and Quality of Crops. Gardeners will offer ideas for planning, growing, problems, bugs, insects, and soil issues. Drum Making

Make a hand drum and learn about the sacred nature of this beautiful art. Cost $20.00. Sponsored by: Chemical Health, 21st Century afterschool staff. Where: Little Rock Round House When: February 22nd

21st Century is a Leadership Afterschool program Monday/Tuesday/Thursday

RLMS/RLHS/PES (6th-12th)
